Email, Address, and Phone Change

Do you need to change your address, email, or phone number? You have a couple of options! Your quickest option is to make the change securely through online banking. Your other option is to complete and sign the Customer Information Change Form and then either bring it to a BankIowa branch or mail it to us and we will update our records.

Customer Information Change Form

Change of Address, Email, or Phone Number through Online Banking or the Mobile Banking App

To securely update your change of address, email address, or phone number in:
Personal Online Banking - Log into online banking, then in the top menu, click Services, then select Secure Messaging, next select Service Requests, then select Change of Address

Personal Mobile Banking App - Log into the mobile banking app, then select More in the lower right of the screen (three dots), then under the SETTINGS tab, select Notifications & Alerts, next select Secure Messages, then select Service Requests, then select Change of Address
