WATERLOO, Iowa – (MAY 2026) – BankIowa is pleased to announce the addition of Ryan Cose as a Business Banking Officer serving the Cedar Valley market. In Ryan’s new role, he will help drive BankIowa growth by managing and retaining a portfolio of business clients and developing new client relationships.
Cose comes to BankIowa with 17 years of banking experience, most recently serving as a Retail Manager for First Interstate Bank.
A Waterloo native, Ryan received his formal education at Hawkeye Community College and the University of Northern Iowa. He enjoys home projects, golf, and attending his kid’s softball, track, and gymnastic events with his wife, Maryjane. Ryan also likes watching Iowa Hawkeye, Chicago Cubs, and Minnesota Vikings games. Cose is active in the community as a Board Treasurer and Finance Committee Member of the Job Foundation, a Finance Committee member of the Boys and Girls Club of Cedar Valley, and a member of the Waterloo Rotary and Waterloo Exchange Club.
