CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – (JAN 2026) – BankIowa is pleased to announce the addition of Robb Loftsgard as a Vice President of Business Banking serving the Corridor market. In Robb’s new role, he will help drive BankIowa growth by leveraging his extensive commercial lending experience to work with commercial clients and prospects to fully understand their businesses, goals, strategies and challenges. With this knowledge, Loftsgard will assess the client’s financial needs for the purpose of delivering an effective set of financial products and services to help the customer succeed.
Robb brings nearly thirty years of business banking experience to BankIowa. He most recently served in a lending leadership role at MidWestOne Bank, and has held business banking positions at Bankers Trust, Wells Fargo, and US Bank.
Loftsgard holds an AA Degree in Business from Kirkwood Community College and a BS Degree in Finance from the University of Northern Iowa. A Cedar Rapids native, he enjoys playing golf, watching his daughter play volleyball, and listening to and collecting vinyl records. Robb is very active in the community as President of The Rotary Club of Cedar Rapids (aka Downtown Rotary) and serves on the boards of the Better Business Bureau, Kirkwood Community College Alumni Board, Cedar Rapids Library Foundation, Cedar Rapids Area Rotary Presidents Council, and the Foundation2 Wellness Committee.
