CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – (JULY 2025) – BankIowa is pleased to announce the addition of Kristin Dicken as our new Amana office’s Consumer Banking Manager. In Kristin’s new role, she will help drive BankIowa growth in the Amana market by leveraging her previous banking branch management experience to developing new relationships with prospective clients. Kristin will work with clients to identify their needs and understand their unique challenges and goals to provide financial solutions that best fit their needs and help them succeed. The Amana Colonies have many community activities and festivals; therefore, Kristin will be active in representing BankIowa by participating in and supporting the events of Amana.
Kristin comes to BankIowa with over eleven years’ experience in consumer banking, starting as a Universal Banker and progressing to Branch Manager for US Bank, formerly located in Amana.
A Dubuque, Iowa native, she holds a BA Degree from University of Northern Iowa with a major in German studies – a major well-suited for her given the rich German origins of the Amana Colonies. She is happily married to her husband, Brody, and they enjoy Flyball events with their dogs and family. She also enjoys reading and playing board games. Kristin is an active supporter of the Camping4Girls non-profit organization and serves as their Marion, Iowa, Chapter Treasurer as well as the Corresponding Secretary/Historian for the state of Iowa.
