INDEPENDENCE, Iowa – (JUN 2026) – BankIowa is pleased to announce the addition of Joseph Kaiser as an Ag Business Banker. In Joseph’s new role, he will help drive BankIowa growth with ag producers and agribusinesses by leveraging his farming and ag market experience to support the financial needs of ag customers and develop new relationships with prospective clients. Joseph will assist clients through the unique challenges of the agricultural industry, such as market fluctuations, and helping them make informed financial decisions supporting their long-term business growth.
Joseph comes to BankIowa with previous experience as a grain merchandiser in Central Illinois. He holds a degree in Agricultural Studies from Iowa State University.
Joseph’s hometown is Aurora, Iowa. He enjoys yearly Canadian fishing trips, hunting, spending time with friends and family, and working on the family farm.
