INDEPENDENCE, Iowa – (MAY 2026) – BankIowa is pleased to announce the promotion of Jordon Wulfekuhle to Business Banking Officer serving the Buchanan County market. In Jordon’s new role, he will help drive BankIowa growth by leveraging his previous banking experience to support a portfolio of business clients. He will also focus on developing new relationships with prospective clients, working with them to identify their needs and business challenges to provide financial solutions to help them succeed.
Jordon has served in various retail and commercial banking roles at BankIowa since 2011, most recently as a Commercial Portfolio Manager.
An Independence native, Jordon holds a BA Degree from the University of Northern Iowa. He and his wife, Haley, enjoy activities with their kids and Jordon also enjoys exercising and bowhunting for deer and turkey. Jordon is active in the community as a long-time volunteer firefighter for the Independence Fire Department.
